As an Aftermarket Parts Specialist, you'll help our customers keep their operations running smoothing by supporting their parts needs and by providing proactive solutions to help minimize their downtime. This position is located in Grafton, Wisconsin and reports to the Aftermarket Parts Manager. Does this work interest you? Provide in-depth aftermarket parts sales support with a goal to exceed company aftermarket part sales orders and revenue targets. Understand our customers' business requirements to proactively manage their needs. Increase parts sales volume through direct-sales efforts and managing all aspects of the sales cycle. Build relationships and build customer confidence through positive customer contact. Generate and follow-up on quotations. Demonstrate strong negotiation abilities. Liaise between part sales and engineering to develop solutions for customer needs and specification. Some travel may be required. What's in it for you? Requirements

  • Associate's degree preferred (general, business, or technical studies).
  • Two or more years of industrial machinery parts sales/service experience or technical sales experience
  • Intermediate Excel, Word, and Outlook Skills.
  • Excellent negotiation & customer relationship building skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills, ability to be calm under pressure.
  • Solid verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Sound analytical thinking, organizational, prioritization, and execution skills.
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic diagrams.
  • Ability and desire to demonstrate company's performance culture values.
