About The Position

Provide customer in-depth parts and accessory sales support with the goal to exceed company revenue for aftermarket sales. Sales associate will focus on expanding and generating new business by following up with existing customers, reviewing new opportunities, following up on recent RFQ’s, discussing new promotions and our Service and parts agreement. They will also contact customer as part of customer service to inquire on resent sales, pricing information and ensure our customer see the value we provide as partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • 3+ years in direct customer sales and customer calling experience.
  • Advanced computer skills to include Microsoft Office, ERP systems, or other CRMs.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills in customer service/support
  • Be able to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Detailed oriented and with good time management skills.
  • Must be well organized and able to perform a variety of tasks.
  • Works with others to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Thorough review of customer needs with appropriate follow-up
  • Takes the initiative to determine the appropriate course of action with the resources available.

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft Excel - Intermediate skills
  • Associate's degree
  • Additional background in account management as a plus but not necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up by calling previous, existing, and possible new customers to generate more business.
  • Make outbound calls regarding order updates or propose changes to RFQ’s and or orders, followed by an email.
  • Manage all areas of order fulfillment to include generating proposal, follow up calls, processing orders and providing customers with status.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner; attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines; inform manager of all unresolved issues.
  • Coordinate issues with key accounts between service, support, customer service, sales & finance
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all aftermarket products and pricing available to consumers for each machine model.
  • Work with Sales Managers to ensure individual, and department sales goals are met.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
