This role is perfect for someone with a "hunter" mentality who thrives on identifying new opportunities and delivering exceptional service. You'll work closely with customers to provide solutions, negotiate contracts, and ensure the highest level of satisfaction. Under the direction of the NA Aftermarket Sales, the purpose of this job is to manage and grow the aftermarket sales revenue for spare parts and services supporting CPM’s Thermal processing equipment in North America, Mexico, Canada, and select international territories. This role focuses on developing long-term partnerships with key customers in order to meet and exceed customer expectations and to secure the success and profitability of CPM Process Solutions.
