Job Summary: The Aftermarket Materials Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that: the Spares organization has material available to support published Spares lead times, the Repair organization has material available to support contractual repair turn-around-times (TAT), the exchange pool is properly provisioned to support Product Support Agreement TAT guarantees, aftermarket inventory levels are monitored and controlled within established cost and turns limits and that the Repair Station Receiving Department is staffed and equipped to support its operational commitments to efficiently process repairs within one business day of receipt on dock. Manage the Repair/Material Planners to ensure customer repair units are moving through each stage and shortages are being tracked and replenished.
