The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing marketing strategies and working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing to drive brand awareness and increase sales. This individual is responsible for developing and executing promotional and marketing campaigns across a variety of media types and outlets. Additionally the role will be responsible for analyzing marketing and industry research to drive new marketing efforts and strategy. General Responsibilities • Support marketing strategy including creating and implementing strategies and plans for products and programs • Analyze and optimize marketing campaign performance • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute roadmap and align go-to-market strategy and initiatives with broader enterprise activities • Ensure accuracy of marketing materials • Communicate all channel initiatives to necessary departments, both internal and external, to ensure visibility to channel goals & objectives • Ensure successful and timely project completion through effective communication and project management • Able to meet deadlines and work through challenges of timelines in the process • Editing and proofreading online communications, direct mail, product literature, and internal and external communication pieces • Maintain an innovative approach to all campaigns, continuing to stay up-to-date on industry trends • Design and develop marketing plans and manage all communication with internal and external sources • Monitor customer research activities and interpret all data for developing marketing strategies • Analyze all market condition and forecast all future trends and prepare accurate various order documents • Perform research related strategies and develop appropriate all related marketing plans
