Requirements

ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCAL TO THE DC/MD AREA
THIS JOB REQUIRES IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE TO PROGRAMMING IN WASHINGTON, DC, AND/OR BETHESDA, MD.
If you will be relocating to this area, please note that in your application, to ensure you are not overlooked based on location.

Responsibilities

Lead 1-4 after-school youth sports clinics with a local school partnered with PPA (1-1.5 hours each)
Positions open for soccer and basketball
Assist kids and school staff with the dismissal process
Send weekly communications to the parents of the kids in the program
Follow the PPA coaching principles - be prepared, be a teacher, teach PPA Life values.
Coach in a manner that is energetic, fun, active, and that creates a memorable experience for our athletes.
Communicate effectively with other PPA Staff and correspond kindly, timely and effectively with parents.
Be a team player and not hesitate to help out where needed throughout the season.
