About The Position

The After School Teacher plays an essential role in supporting daily school operations and creating a positive, structured environment for students outside regular instructional hours. You will supervise indoor and outdoor play, lead activities, assist with snacks, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment where students can learn, play, and build relationships.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Ability to pass state and federal background checks
Prior experience working with children preferred
Dependable, positive, and committed to supporting student well-being
Strong communication and supervision skills

Responsibilities

Plan and facilitate after-school arts and crafts, games, and outdoor activities
Collaborate with school teams to support a consistent and positive student experience
Ensure the safe supervision and care of students during before and after school program hours
