2025 - 2026 School Year Group Leader: Afterschool Instructor - Part-time Group Leader Sanger, TX AlphaBEST: After School is where adventures begin! AlphaBEST Explorations happen when our Explorers (students) have Guides (Group Leaders) who are dedicated to fun and learning! Are you ready to join the fun? Let's put more wonder in the world! Location: Sanger ISD Schedule: Monday-Friday 3:00-6:00 PM Pay & Benefits: $15 hourly rate Part-time benefits Employee referral program Discounts on program tuition for dependents As an AlphaBEST Guide, you'll be trained and have the chance to do the following:
Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations.
Responsibilities
- Plan and facilitate core programming to advance the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children.
- Work collaboratively with peers to share program-related information and complete adventurous tasks that ignite a child's sense of wonder.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on the student's interests and talents.
- Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, and parent relationships are fostered.
