Requirements

Genuinely Love Kids: You find joy in helping children succeed and stay engaged.
Are Reliable: You show up on time and bring a consistent, positive attitude.
Are a Team Player: You value collaboration and want to grow alongside others.
Have your Diploma/GED: Must be 18+ with a high school diploma/GED (Limited student Aide roles available for under 18!).
Live Locally: You can easily commute to our Koko Head and Kamiloiki sites.

Responsibilities

Run Safe, Engaging Afternoons: Lead groups of school-age children through games, outdoor sports, arts, and creative play.
Positive Mentorship: Provide supportive guidance and homework assistance while encouraging positive behavior.
Maintain Active Supervision: Keep your eyes moving! Ensure a safe, highly supervised, and organized environment for all children.
Work with a Team: Be a cooperative and friendly teammate, helping to create a welcoming ‘ohana environment.
