After-Sales Support Specialist – Automotive Dealership The After-Sales Support Specialist plays a key role in delivering an exceptional ownership experience by supporting customers after vehicle purchase. This position coordinates service appointments, follows up on maintenance and warranty needs, assists with repair order documentation, and acts as a liaison between customers, service advisors, technicians, and parts departments. The specialist ensures timely communication, resolves concerns efficiently, and helps maintain high customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Requirements

  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming service department calls and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments
  • Greet customers and assist with service check-in procedures
  • Open, update, and close repair orders accurately
  • Communicate service updates between customers, advisors, and technicians
  • Follow up with customers regarding maintenance, warranty work, and completed repairs
  • Process payments and handle basic cashiering duties
  • Maintain organized service records and documentation
  • Assist with parts coordination and inventory inquiries as needed
  • Support the service team in maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow
