Job Description Receives inbound communications (e.g., calls, emails, faxes, orders) from patients and physicians requesting scheduling services with Children's department. Coordinates complex appointment scheduling of various medical appointments and procedures across the Children’s system. Maintains patient demographic and insurance pre-registration information in appropriate department scheduling system. Makes outbound calls for appointment reminders, recalls, and other outbound call activity.
