Job Summary Responsible for leading the organization's affiliation strategy, identifying potential partnerships and opportunities, and negotiating and maintaining successful relationships with partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required or Master's Degree Related Field of Study preferred
• Experience in affiliation or partnership management, preferably in healthcare or related field 5-7 years required
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience with contract management.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to affiliation and partnership management.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify new partnership opportunities.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organization's affiliation strategy.
• Identify potential affiliation opportunities and partnerships that align with the organization's strategic goals.
• Conduct research and analysis on potential partners and the competitive landscape.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, internal teams, and external organizations.
• Negotiate and manage affiliation agreements to ensure that all parties meet their obligations.
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure that affiliated organizations are meeting the organization's standards and expectations.
• Ensure that affiliated organizations comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report on the success of affiliated organizations and partnerships.
