About The Position

Responsibilities of the role include: Affiliate Relationship Support - Daily communications with affiliates via email and Slack channels + assist in onboarding new affiliates, maintaining ongoing communications, and ensuring timely responses to partner inquiries. Website content co-ordination: Support with creative and written word briefs across brand, campaign, partnership and blog pages Stakeholder Management: Support communication between internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth campaign launches, facilitate data reporting and resolve operational issues. Performance Monitoring: Track daily and monthly KPIs, generate performance reports, and identify trends or opportunities for growth. Campaign Coordination: Support the execution of affiliate promotions and campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking links, creative assets, and terms. Creative Management: Help coordinate delivery of approved marketing materials and offers to affiliates. Payment Processing: Assist in verifying and processing monthly affiliate invoices and performance-based commissions. Qualifications You have junior level experience in a marketing role/internship or hold a degree in a relevant/adjacent field You have excellent communication skills and strive to have a customer-first mindset You’re analytical and eager to learn and develop Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data analysis. Interest in sports, betting, fantasy, or gaming industries is a must Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills Excellent planning, organization and time management skills Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills Strong relationship management skills Nice-to-have Experience working in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, influencer marketing or partnerships Experience using Slack or similar business comms software Familiarity with affiliate networks, tracking platforms (e.g., Income Access, Impact, Intellitics or Partnerize), or digital marketing tools is preferred but not required. Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming. Salary Range: $70,000 to $83,000 (Salary range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual Offer is confirmed). Requirements
