About The Position

We are looking for an Affiliate PR Media Director to build and grow our affiliate media capabilities and lead paid media initiatives within the consumer PR division. Reporting to the head of Performance Marketing, this individual will collaborate closely with the Chief Innovation Officer to develop and scale an affiliate PR program, leveraging process expertise to design, implement, and optimize client campaigns. They will actively participate in strategic client meetings and partner with the performance media team—including specialists in influencer relations, paid social, PR and media strategy—to ensure campaign execution aligns with client objectives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing paid affiliate media campaigns; agency or high-growth brand experience preferred.
  • Experience in affiliate marketing platforms and strategies; direct experience managing affiliate programs is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and scale performance-driven media.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with paid media and affiliate dashboards.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to collaborate across teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with influencer marketing and content amplification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, scale, and optimize earned/paid PR campaigns across key publishers.
  • Manage affiliate marketing efforts, including onboarding and maintaining relationships with affiliate partners and platforms like ShareASale, Impact, and Rakuten.
  • Collaborate with editors/publishers participating in affiliate programs to drive performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign data to identify insights and opportunities for optimization.
  • Work with PR, AEO/SEO, influencer, paid, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and strategy across paid and partner channels.
  • Strategize cross-functional campaigns with paid media team to amplify scalable content.
  • Understand & incorporate AEO (Answer engine optimization) into campaign strategy.
  • Build reports and media plans showing performance against KPIs.
  • Stay up to date on digital trends, platform updates, and affiliate best practices.
