About The Position

From search engine optimization to branding and promotions, our Marketing team is the expert at spreading the Priceline message far and wide – capturing the hearts and imaginations of customers to get them to try our services, and keep them coming back for more. Why this job’s a big deal: We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to be part of our Performance Marketing Team. Affiliate is a key growth channel at Priceline, driving high-intent traffic and incremental bookings through partnerships with top travel publishers, loyalty programs, and content platforms. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will have a passion and strength in account management, partner communications, A/B testing, and performance reporting to help scale our affiliate program. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a sharp eye for detail, and is eager to grow their expertise in digital partnerships and performance marketing. In this role you will get to: Channel Strategy — Help shape the direction of Priceline's affiliate program, identifying new opportunities and staying ahead of industry trends. Partner Growth — Drive order volume and ROI by deepening relationships with top-tier partners and activating newly onboarded affiliates to diversify the program. Testing & Optimization — Design and run placement, commission, incentive, and creative tests to continuously improve performance. Day-to-Day Operations — Own campaign operations end-to-end: tracking, payments, coupons, compliance monitoring, and partner inquiries. Data & Reporting — Monitor KPIs, surface actionable insights, and deliver weekly/monthly reports that highlight what's working and what's next. Cross-Functional Collaboration — Work closely with Marketing, Analytics, Legal, Finance, and Product to align affiliate initiatives with broader company goals. Competitive Intelligence — Keep a pulse on the affiliate landscape to inform strategy and uncover whitespace opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • A track record of growing affiliate programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication and relationship skills.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and analytics teams.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 10%
  • Passion for travel, technology, and innovation.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms (e.g., Partnerize, Impact, CJ, Rakuten)
