About The Position

We are looking for an Affiliate Coordinator to help manage our DTC Affiliate program. The program focuses on affiliates who are creators on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. This person will manage the day to day of the program but should also be comfortable bringing new ideas and efficiencies. Being a friendly person for the affiliates to communicate with and a creative person to provide briefs and inspiration is a must! This is a fully remote position.

Requirements

Strong conversational English fluency
Ability to work 1 PM - 5 PM PST (flexible)
2+ years of experience working with affiliates/influencers
Someone with their finger on the pulse of culture/social, identifying good/on-brand content and creators
Frequent user of Instagram, TikTok, and/or YouTube
Extremely personable and able to build relationships
Comfortable working in affiliate platforms (Superfiliate, Grin, etc)

Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of affiliates via Superfiliate (payments, automations, etc)
Source, outreach, and onboard new affiliates (will be constantly finding new people to add to the program)
Start and scale YT affiliate partnerships
Relationship management (managing affiliate email inbox, Discord community)
Communicate promotions, briefs, and product updates to partners
Campaign set-up (in Superfiliate, setting up campaigns for product seeding and promotions)
Improve onboarding process (survey, intro materials, etc) and set up tier system
Monitor partner activity to ensure brand alignment and program compliance.
Identify high-quality content for repurposing for other channels and high-quality affiliates
Track and report on affiliate performance metrics (ROI, AOV, Impressions, etc)
Translate metrics into actionable learnings + insights
Review sourcing - Managing ambassadors in Discord + review sourcing process
Identify quality video content and creators
Grow program revenue + improve quality of content
