About The Position

The Aesthetician is responsible for assessing clients' skin conditions, recommending tailored treatments to improve and enhance skin health, and delivering high-quality procedures to achieve desired results. This role requires excellent communication skills to understand client needs and ensure satisfaction with the services provided.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
0–1 year of experience in a dermatology or spa environment preferred.
Valid Aesthetician license.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
This role requires a proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong commitment to patient care and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Conduct aesthetic treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and advanced medical aesthetics.
Educate clients about available treatments and options for skin improvement.
Follow up with clients regarding their treatments, promotional opportunities, new services, events, and other practice offerings.
Maintain accurate client treatment records, contact information, and follow-up details using the patient management system.
Monitor and manage supply inventory, placing orders as necessary.
Perform clinical procedures, including but not limited to: PDT Blue Light therapy Excimer Laser treatments NBUVB Phototherapy CoolSculpting Chemical peels
Handle administrative tasks such as initiating prior authorizations, notifying clients of treatment approvals and financial responsibilities, and scheduling appointments.
Ensure consistent attendance and reliability in fulfilling job responsibilities.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
