Requirements

Active Aesthetician L icense + Laser Certification
2+ years of hands-on experience in a medical spa or dermatology setting
Strong understanding of medical-grade skincare and treatment modalities
Passion for aesthetics, patient experience, and long-term skin health
Coachable, humble, and motivated to grow within a culture of excellence
Team-first mindset with a drive to contribute to clinic success

Responsibilities

Perform advanced facial treatments, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, and customized skincare services.
Develop personalized treatment plans and home-care routines aligned with each patient’s goals.
Partner closely with injectors and the broader care team to achieve comprehensive, natural-looking outcomes.
Educate patients on skincare, post-treatment care, and product use to extend and enhance results.
Maintain best-in-class cleanliness, safety, documentation, and compliance standards.
Participate in brand activations, training events, and community experiences that deepen expertise and connection.
