About The Position
Our Hermitage, TN spa is seeking a Local Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team. Your main focus will be selling treatments, service packages, and skincare products, while coaching staff and tracking performance to achieve daily and monthly sales goals. Work schedule is in-person, four days per week, 8–10 hours per day. The ideal candidate is energetic, motivated, and results-focused, with prior sales experience in any industry.
