The Aesthetic Sales Manager is a field-based, revenue-driving role responsible for accelerating aesthetic growth across PDP practices. This individual works directly inside Platinum offices to activate staff, sell aesthetic programs, execute skincare and injectable events, and drive adoption of enterprise initiatives including Platinum Rewards and BestDerm.com. This role serves as the execution arm of PDP’s aesthetic strategy, turning corporate initiatives into measurable, practice-level revenue through hands-on sales leadership, coaching, and event execution. This role requires 50–75% travel to support practices across the PDP network. When in Dallas, attendance at the corporate office is encouraged.
