About The Position

Revived Medical Aesthetics is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Aesthetic Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will perform a variety of aesthetic procedures, including neurotoxins (Botox), dermal fillers, laser treatments, and other advanced skincare services. You will work directly with patients to ensure personalized care and the highest quality results while collaborating with our medical team to maintain patient safety and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aesthetics, strong communication skills, and a commitment to continuing education.

Requirements

Must have current Pa Nursing License.
Previous experience in injectable treatments.
Work in the York Pa location and travel to our Camp Hill location if needed.

Previous experience in injectable treatments is preferred, though training for the right candidate will be provided.

Responsibilities

Patient Consultation & Care Conduct thorough consultations with patients to assess their goals, medical history, and desired outcomes.
Educate patients on available aesthetic treatments, their benefits, risks, and expected results.
Perform treatments such as neurotoxins (Botox), dermal fillers, and other advanced aesthetic procedures, ensuring accuracy and precision.
Provide post-treatment care instructions and answer patient questions or concerns to ensure optimal results.
Conduct follow-up appointments to assess treatment outcomes, adjust as necessary, and maintain long-term patient relationships.
Clinical Support & Documentation Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, before and after photos, and all relevant documentation in our CMR system.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all relevant patient confidentiality laws.
Collaborate with the medical team to address complex patient concerns and coordinate care.
Provide detailed and accurate charting for all treatments performed to ensure patient safety.
Patient Safety & Infection Control Adhere to strict infection control protocols, maintaining a sterile and safe treatment environment.
Stay informed and comply with the latest industry standards and best practices for injectable and aesthetic treatments.
Monitor patients throughout treatments, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and effective procedure.
Continuing Education & Professional Development Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development in the field of aesthetic nursing.
Participate in training, workshops, and conferences to stay current with new technologies, techniques, and industry advancements.
Train and mentor other staff as needed to ensure a high level of skill and knowledge across the team.
Administrative & Front Desk Support Collaborate with the front desk team to manage client scheduling, appointment confirmation, and client communications.
In the absence of front desk staff, assist with checking patients in/out, processing payments, managing reward points, and handling scheduling inquiries.
Manage leads from platforms like Docovia, respond to phone and SMS inquiries, and ensure timely follow-up with prospective patients.
Complete daily billing sheets to ensure the accuracy of transactions through payment platforms.
Marketing & Social Media Engagement Engage with clients through social media, posting stories, commenting, and responding to DMs to enhance brand presence Participate in social media content creation, including giveaways and interactive posts to drive client engagement.
Promote services and maintain visibility through social media platforms to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Additional Duties: Stock and maintain the cleanliness of your workspace, ensuring all supplies are readily available and inventory is up to date.
Perform inventory counts to ensure product levels are maintained and restocked as needed.
Complete follow-up reminders and patient communication as required by management.
Participate in team meetings, growth goal-setting, and monthly coaching sessions.
Manage complications or adverse effects independently and consult with the medical team when necessary.
Assist with any additional tasks or responsibilities as directed by management to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Position Expectations: Maintain a well-managed schedule and availability for clients, ensuring timely treatment and client satisfaction.
Adhere to social media activity standards to promote the office and engage with clients.
Perform daily charting, client follow-ups, and billing with accuracy.
Maintain a professional appearance and workspace, adhering to office cleanliness standards.
Participate in continuing education and professional development through various platforms and opportunities provided by Revived.
Complete all tasks on time, including client consultations, treatment administration, and post-treatment follow-up.
Must be able to lift at least 15 pounds.
This position involves being on your feet for the majority of the shift.
