This role works closely with leadership sales and operations teams to support clinic growth and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Active and valid Nurse Practitioner license
- Three to five years of hands on experience as an aesthetic injector
- Required injectable experience Neurotoxins Dermal fillers Radiesse Sculptra PRP
- Previous experience in a medical spa dermatology or plastic surgery practice
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Quantum RF technology is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform injectable aesthetic services including Neurotoxins dermal fillers Radiesse Sculptra PRP and BBL related injectable support when applicable
- Conduct aesthetic consultations evaluate client suitability and perform same day treatments when appropriate
- Educate clients on treatment options expected outcomes and pre and post care
- Build strong rapport with clients to ensure high satisfaction retention and referrals
- Recommend additional services through education and patient needs
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in the client chart
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms between clients
- Assist with inventory accuracy
- Confirm invoicing details to ensure proper billing
- Participate in ongoing education training and skill development
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to achieve company goals
