About The Position

The Aerospace Program Manager at Unitek Technical Services is responsible for overseeing the technical, schedule, and cost performance of assigned programs. This role involves managing program requirements, developing execution plans, and ensuring effective communication with both internal teams and customers. The position requires strong organizational and leadership skills to coordinate various program initiatives and maintain exceptional customer relations.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or related experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of program management experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions and resolve problems effectively.
• Experience in interfacing with all levels of management.

Nice To Haves

• Any relevant certifications are considered a plus.
• Experience in aerospace or technical services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate cost estimates for specific program initiatives in support of RFQ/RFP requirements.
• Review all contractual documents to understand contract requirements for assigned programs.
• Develop a Program Plan of Execution for each assigned program, including program requirements, milestone schedules, resources, and revenue objectives.
• Communicate program requirements and status to in-house and customer personnel effectively and promptly.
• Conduct necessary coordination sessions to ensure program control and on-schedule performance.
• Participate in periodic Management Reviews to convey program status and highlight issues/solutions.
• Report program status and issues to customers clearly and professionally.
• Identify and convert related opportunities within the assigned program and the marketplace.
• Develop and execute professional presentations to upper management.
• Establish and maintain required staffing levels for the program.
• Assist with recruiting efforts and customer satisfaction surveys as needed.
