Requirements

Engineering expertise: Background in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering.
Industry knowledge: Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and aircraft assembly line operations.
Proven leadership: 10+ years in engineering and 5+ years in project/program management within aerospace or defense.
Client engagement skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
Project management mastery: Skilled in tools like JIRA, MS Project, and SharePoint; experienced in managing global, multicultural teams.
Technical insight: Familiarity with systems engineering, mechanical design processes, and stress analysis for airframes.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring trust and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage contract requirements and deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
Coordinate resources across engineering and operations, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and adapt strategies to meet evolving needs.
Use data-driven techniques to measure success, manage risks, and continuously improve processes.
Build strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders, creating a foundation for long-term success.
Understand technical scope and identify opportunities to optimize workflows and efficiency.
