Requirements

  • Engineering expertise: Background in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Industry knowledge: Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and aircraft assembly line operations.
  • Proven leadership: 10+ years in engineering and 5+ years in project/program management within aerospace or defense.
  • Client engagement skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Project management mastery: Skilled in tools like JIRA, MS Project, and SharePoint; experienced in managing global, multicultural teams.
  • Technical insight: Familiarity with systems engineering, mechanical design processes, and stress analysis for airframes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring trust and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage contract requirements and deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Coordinate resources across engineering and operations, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
  • Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and adapt strategies to meet evolving needs.
  • Use data-driven techniques to measure success, manage risks, and continuously improve processes.
  • Build strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders, creating a foundation for long-term success.
  • Understand technical scope and identify opportunities to optimize workflows and efficiency.
