About The Position

We are seeking experienced Aerospace Instructors to support a leading aerospace environment by delivering technical training to production and maintenance personnel. This role is ideal for candidates with strong aerospace technical expertise and the ability to teach hands-on, industry-specific courses in a professional setting. What the Client Needs Most The most important requirement for this role is a strong technical background and the ability to instruct technical aerospace content effectively. The client is looking for instructors with specialized experience in one or more of the following areas: 1. Electrical Instructor Electrical aircraft installation and assembly work Electrical functional testing and troubleshooting Electrical crimping Electrical soldering Basic mechanical skills 2. Aerospace Mechanical Skills Instructor Electrical installations, bonding, and grounding Aircraft assembly, heavy structure drilling, and/or maintenance Reading blueprints and understanding production standards Functional testing Aircraft systems operations, familiarization, and troubleshooting 3. Aerospace Seal Instructor Aircraft sealant application Cleaning and preparing aircraft components Applying sealant to aircraft parts and structures 4. Environmental Health and Safety, EHS Instructor Confined Space Lock Out Tag Tryout, LOTTO DOT compliance Fall Protection

Requirements

  • Strong technical background in aerospace manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, safety, or related instruction
  • Ability to teach technical courses within the aerospace industry
  • Subject matter expertise in at least one of the listed training disciplines
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work a 2nd shift schedule and average 40 to 43 hours per week
  • U.S. Citizenship is required

Nice To Haves

  • Previous instructor, trainer, teacher, mentor, or lead experience in an aerospace environment
  • Military veteran experience is highly valued, candidates with aviation or technical military backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply
