About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Aerospace Production Certification Assessor to support aerospace training and evaluation programs. This role is part of the Instructor Resource Management team and is responsible for administering hands-on and theoretical assessments aligned with industry standards. This position is ideal for candidates with strong aerospace production experience who are comfortable evaluating technical competencies and maintaining strict compliance and accuracy standards.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in training, leadership, or technical instruction preferred
  • Aerospace manufacturing or production experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail with accurate record-keeping abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple evaluations simultaneously
  • Must meet US Persons status requirements per client policy
  • Flexibility to support 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts
  • Ability to travel within the Everett to Puyallup, WA area as needed
  • Business casual attire required for both interviews and daily work
  • Candidates not dressed appropriately may be disqualified from the interview process

  • Fastener and rivet installation
  • Production standards and blueprint interpretation

Responsibilities

  • Administer and evaluate aerospace courseware through hands-on and theoretical assessments
  • Accurately assess candidate performance across multiple technical disciplines
  • Enter grades, attendance, and evaluation results with 100% accuracy
  • Manage multiple evaluations and candidates simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workspace
  • Communicate updates, issues, and questions to leadership in a timely manner
  • Stay current with aerospace standards, compliance requirements, and best practices
  • Deliver a high level of customer service to trainees and stakeholders
