About The Position
We are looking for reliable Builders/Operators to join our aerospace production team. This is a 90-day contract-to-hire position.
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or aerospace experience preferred
- Blueprint reading
Responsibilities
- Assemble and build aerospace components according to blueprints and work instructions
- Operate machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks and report defects
- Maintain organized workstations and accurate documentation
- Support production goals and timelines
- Follow all safety and compliance procedures
