About The Position
These roles will support our Framed and Frameless cabinet assembly lines.
Requirements
- Strong focus on SAFETY.
- Attention to DETAIL - we follow specific work instructions - all work must be completed with accuracy and efficiency.
- GROWTH mindset and TEAM focus- ready to learn and lend a helping hand.
- English communication skills (reading, speaking, and understanding) to perform essential job duties such as following safety procedures, reading production documentation, and communicating with leads and supervisors.
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing experience preferred (not required).
Responsibilities
- Follow established production standards, safety guidelines, procedures, and rules.
- Safe lifting and precision use of tools.
- Builder: Check parts for defects before laying them out.
- Builder: Follow work instructions for installation using nails and staple guns.
- Builder: This position puts the jigs on the corner of the cabinet.
- Builder: Locates the blocks and spreaders and then attaches parts to cabinet using staple gun.
- Kitter: Employee reads each tag to correctly gather and organize cabinet parts into assigned carts.
- Kitter: Assigned carts with completed kits are then staged for other departments.
