What You Will Be Doing As the Aeronautical Engineer Sr Stf you will be responsible for driving the integration and design synthesis of the XR/AGM 158 Flex and ARRW weapon system family while collaborating across a multidisciplinary team. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or above Degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience leading design teams
  • Experience in airframe structure design and analysis
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
  • The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in CATIA V5 and/or 3DX
  • Experience with metallic and composite design
  • Experience with GD&T
  • Experience with hand stress analysis
  • Experience releasing drawings
  • MRB experience with aircraft structural repairs

Responsibilities

  • Lead integration and design synthesis across aerodynamics, structures, propulsion, thermodynamics, electronics, controls, and actuation.
  • Conduct multidisciplinary system trade studies to optimize performance and cost.
  • Coordinate with fabrication, assembly, MRB, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Generate and present technical and administrative materials for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Mentor early‑career engineers and champion One LM culture across cross‑functional teams.
