Job Description Responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team across the North American region, focused on selling Aero gas turbine products, services, parts, and integrated solutions. Attracts, retains, and nurtures top commercial talent, fostering a culture of performance, innovation, and customer-centricity. Drives creative and strategic solutions to address complex customer needs, product portfolios, market dynamics, and sales processes. Influences and aligns individual contributors and cross-functional teams, while negotiating with external partners, vendors, and key customers to secure strategic deals. Provides direction and oversight to functional teams and high-impact projects with significant resource requirements, risk, and complexity. Develops and applies commercial expertise across multiple countries, product lines, and customer segments, ensuring consistent delivery and execution across diverse sales territories. Interprets internal and external business challenges, recommending and implementing industry-leading best practices to enhance products, processes, and services. Leverages deep understanding of global and regional industry trends to inform strategic decision-making and long-term planning. Evaluates and synthesizes complex data inputs, challenging assumptions, and conflicting information to drive sound commercial decisions.
