About The Position

The candidate is responsible for F-35 Training Sustainment Support. Tasks include, but are not limited to, sustainment contract modifications, training device production, training status and metrics reporting, tech refresh & Diminished Manufacturing Sources (DMS) solutions, Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) integration, and management of ICS manning. Oversees and managed the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between program management (PM) and project teams and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules and prepares status

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or higher or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Prior experience with contracts management.
• Understanding of International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Technical Assistance Agreement (TAA).
• Experience developing and assisting in managing detailed project plans and schedules
• Experience facilitating meetings and participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Experience communicating with internal and external senior leadership.
• Experience in technical report writing; proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other products.
• Experience working multiple projects simultaneously for multiple customers.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Aviation Training Systems.
• Previous F-35 Training System experience highly desired.
• Prior knowledge of the F-35 Sustainment Concept of Operations desired.
• Experience providing technical direction to all levels of personnel on an IPT, as well as experience working with an integrated team of multiple IPTs to solve problems.
