About The Position

The Aerial Lift and Dust Control Operator is responsible for supporting plant cleanliness, and blowing off dust from walls, ceilings, machinery and basic safety-related tasks. This role is essential in helping maintain a safe and orderly work environment by consistently following safety protocols and lead by example. The position requires working on a scissor lift/JLG in dirty environments and includes regular physical labor.

Requirements

• Strong safety awareness and consistent use of PPE
• Ability to work in extreme weather and dirty environments
• Reliable and self-motivated with attention to detail
• Basic mechanical aptitude for operating and inspecting equipment
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow verbal or written instructions
• Background and Drug Screening: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must be able to work in a hot and cold environment while wearing PPE
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor throughout the shift
• Experience operating aerial equipment is required.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in the tire recycling or manufacturing industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operation of aerial equipment-Prior experience is required
• Using air hose to blow down all machines, ceilings, walls in the plant.
• Utilizing scissor lift/JLG to complete work.
• Clean plant signage across the facility
• Operate Sweeper, Forklift and Skid Steer
