About The Position

We are looking for a Senior AEM Technical Lead with strong React experience to support large-scale digital experience implementations within the Adobe ecosystem. This role will focus on building and leading modern front-end architectures within AEM, leveraging React-based approaches (SPA / headless) and ensuring scalable, high-performance solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-level AEM solutions, contributing to architecture decisions, development standards, and overall technical direction.

Requirements

Strong experience as an AEM Technical Lead or Senior AEM Developer
Hands-on experience with: AEM 6.5+ React (SPA Editor / Headless AEM) Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR
Strong proficiency in: JavaScript / TypeScript HTML, CSS REST APIs
Experience building reusable components and scalable architectures in AEM
Ability to lead technical direction and work in Agile environments

Nice To Haves

Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
Familiarity with Marketo or marketing automation platforms
Experience with performance optimization tools (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals)
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Docker)

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of AEM solutions with React (SPA / headless architectures)
Build and maintain custom AEM components, templates, and front-end integrations
Define and enforce best practices for AEM + React development
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Perform code reviews and provide technical mentorship
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend, data, and marketing technology teams
Ensure performance optimization and front-end best practices (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse)
Support CI/CD processes and deployment workflows
