What we are looking for: A driven and mission focused Advocacy Volunteer (Justice Ambassador) Specialist to recruit and vet volunteer applicants to become Justice Ambassadors to advance justice that restores.

Requirements

  • Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions
  • 1-2 years of experience in program management
  • Experience coaching volunteers, interacting with the legislative process, engaging the faith community and working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Outstanding relationship building skills and sound discretion a must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social network platforms; use of Phone2Action and Salesforce a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a remote/virtual professional role
  • A bachelor's degree in social science or related major
  • This is a remote/work from home position requiring willingness and ability to travel up to 30% within the US, and the driving aspect of this role is subject to certain driving record and insurance requirements

Responsibilities

  • Build individual rapport with high-impact Justice Ambassador volunteers
  • Identify strategic collaboration points to leverage church and community connections
  • Facilitate engagement with Prison Fellowship's national initiatives and legislative campaigns

  • For this position, the salary range is projected to be between $55,000 and $64,000.
