Reporting to the team Manager, the Supervisory Senior will perform a major segment of a cost management engagement, participate in discussions with client executives and assist with drafting deliverables for presentation to the highest level of executives at a federal agency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Expected to report to the Alexandria office
  • US Citizenship required
  • 5-7 years of experience
  • Managerial Cost Accounting/Activity Based Costing (alternately, coursework in cost accounting or a CGFM certification would work)
  • Cost modeling leveraging different tools (SAP/CostPerform/Oracle, others)
  • Dashboarding (Tableau/PowerBI)
  • Financial management Analytics
  • Strong excel skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and maintain an activity based cost model that helps Identify the full costs of a federal agency
  • Work with a team of consultants and the federal client to coordinate model development and report quarterly
  • Perform regular model updates Including desk procedures, model manuals and responding to ad hoc financial reporting requests from the client
