As part of our Federal Healthcare Solution Consulting team, you’ll help federal agencies transform how they serve citizens, employees, and mission partners. By combining deep technical expertise with a passion for innovation, you’ll guide our customers on how ServiceNow’s AI-powered platform can streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and enhance mission outcomes across the Veterans Administration (VA). You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Solution Consulting, Specialist Teams, Product Management, Customer Excellence Teams, and Executive Leadership to shape strategy, drive revenue growth, and help our customers modernize the way they work — one workflow at a time. This is a hands-on technical pre-sales role, ideal for a creative problem solver who can translate complex needs into compelling, outcome-driven solutions that demonstrate the power of the Now Platform. The Advisory Solution Consultant – Federal Healthcare serves as a trusted advisor to our customers, leveraging deep solution expertise and mission understanding to help agencies modernize service delivery and accelerate digital transformation.
