About The Position

Join ServiceNow's Solution Consulting team and help bring CRM and Industry Workflows to life. You'll partner with sales, product, and customers to transform experiences through automation, AI, and digital innovation - all while having fun figuring out how to make complex systems feel simple for your customers. This is a senior pre-sales role in the Pacific Northwest commercial segment, supporting a high volume of dynamic accounts. You'll thrive here if you get energized by jumping between customers, telling compelling stories, and showing multiple organizations the real value of innovation.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering, ideally with Enterprise Applications, CRM, or Customer Experience solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Bonus points for experience in Manufacturing, Technology Providers, or Telecommunications.
  • Not afraid to roll up your sleeves - you love digging into complex demo setups, building AI agents, finding creative workarounds, and turning tricky configurations into stories customers remember.
  • Excellent communicator and storyteller - you know how to make your message land in any room (in person or virtual).
  • Curious, adaptable, and hungry to learn - eager to master the full CRM, Industry, and AI suite.
  • Collaborative, resourceful, and creative - you see possibilities where others see roadblocks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery and demo sessions that uncover customer challenges and show how CRM, Customer Service, Field Service, and Industry solutions can make a difference.
  • Configure and tailor demos - troubleshoot tricky setups, build AI agents, and create hands-on, memorable experiences that make customers say, "Wow, that's possible?"
  • Collaborate with sales teams, translating complex capabilities into stories that stick with both business and technical audiences.
  • Stay on top of product releases and AI features so your demos are always fresh, exciting, and relevant.
  • Help shape team culture and support marketing/customer events - whether virtually or in person.
