This executive will lead a diverse portfolio of sub practices including Risk Advisory, Outsourced Accounting, Transaction Advisory, and Third Party Administration while partnering closely with our CEO, CFO, CGO, and firmwide leadership. This is a role for someone who sees opportunity everywhere. Someone who can design market relevant service offerings, elevate client experience, and inspire high performing teams. Requirements

  • A minimum of 12 years in consulting, advisory, or related service delivery
  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
  • Proven leadership of a practice area or consulting business
  • Strong business development instincts and a track record of driving growth
  • Expertise in areas such as internal audit, cybersecurity, IT controls, valuations, or outsourced accounting
  • A change agent mindset with the ability to scale operations and modernize methodologies
  • A collaborative, people centered leadership style aligned with PBMares' values

Nice To Haves

  • Background in a professional services environment with CPA credential.

Responsibilities

  • Multi year consulting strategy, revenue growth, and margin performance
  • Development of scalable, repeatable, and profitable service offerings
  • Cross service collaboration and go to market initiatives
  • Profit and Loss ownership, pricing strategy, and operational excellence
  • Client experience, quality standards, and risk management
  • Leadership development, succession planning, and culture building
  • Innovation through analytics, automation, and GenAI
