Lead multi-million dollar analytics engagements, developing project scope/plan and risk mitigation strategies, and managing daily implementation. Independently leverage data to drive insights that optimize marketing strategies, campaigns, and customer engagement. Analyze marketing campaign performance across channels (e.g., digital, social, email, paid media) to measure effectiveness and ROI. Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams. Utilize customer data to segment audiences, identify behaviors, and develop insights that inform personalized marketing strategies. Help customers understand how their data relates to their business objectives. Create insights presentations to communicate key metrics to stakeholders. Interpret attribution models results to assess the impact of marketing touchpoints on conversions and sales. Apply statistical modeling and forecasting to predict customer trends, campaign outcomes, and market opportunities; construct forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and marketing knowledge. Ensure data accuracy in data collection, validation, and integration from sources like CRM systems, web analytics, and advertising platforms. Mentor analytics team for growth and development.
