About The Position

Strong, detail-orientated Advisor will assist with various client and team facing tasks. They will be expected to meet, support and communicate with their team’s clients as an extension of the primary advisor. It is Advisory Solutions’ job to support the producing advisors, clients, and SHP with excellence each day. What You’ll Do Prioritize incoming tasks and issues daily. Manage assigned client’s and support the primary advisor’s overall book of business. Conduct client meetings with confidence while identifying client opportunities and making formal recommendations. Work alongside the Lead Advisor to ensure proper team communication and process expectations. Complete client reviews and RMDs annually as stated within SHP’s agreements. Handle follow up meeting tasks and planning updates. Prepare and plan for prospective and existing client meetings within the SHP process. Help maintain the team inbox and trackers on a daily basis. Assist with daily service tasks and transactions as needed. Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours. Interface with Financial Institutions to gather required documentation for advisor-client meetings. Utilize our CRM system to keep track of client communications. Be proficient with firm software including but not limited to eMoney, Black Diamond, Nitrogen, Holistiplan, Wealth.com, Wealthscape, & Schwab. What You Bring Previous experience in processing confidential paperwork Previous client interaction in an office environment Intermediate to advanced computer skills Series 65/66 and Life/Health insurance licenses. 2+ years’ experience within financial services. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to demonstrate persistence to achieve quality Excellent communication – both verbal and written Self-directed initiative Process driven Prior experience working in financial industry Highly organized with strong follow-through Ability to prioritize day-to-day tasks and issues Resourceful in problem resolution Strong phone skills and ability to build trust with clients Operate with a proactive approach when dealing with advisors and clients Experience working in a fast-paced environment Ability to prioritize projects and manage time Willing to work as part of a team Internal Application Policy: Internal applicants must be in good standing and have a minimum of 1 year of service with Kestra. Requirements

  • Previous experience in processing confidential paperwork
