About The Position

Requirements

  • MBA or advanced degree in engineering, business, or related field preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Track record of driving growth in global markets.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies.
  • Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to sustainability and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Special projects acting as a advisor or consultant on precision process improvements and opportunities as directed by senior or executive leaders.
  • Lead the operations of the three European plants, Schaublin, Swiss Tools, and Polska, and are executive and operational in nature. These responsibilities do not, in and of themselves, confer statutory managing director status, local employer authority, or legal representative authority under Swiss, Polish, German, or EU law unless separately authorized in writing by the Company. All material strategic, financial, employment, and legal decisions remain subject to approval by the appropriate corporate governing bodies of the Company and its subsidiaries.
  • Own full P&L responsibility for assigned operating divisions, including revenue forecasting, cost management, margin optimization and executing results. In this regard the ability to project revenues and costs for 12 months in the future and execute accordingly a large component of job content.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans that align with companies and division objectives to drive organic growth, product development, market expansion, and operational efficiency.
  • Execute the companies and divisions short and long-term vision, mission and strategic goals and ensuring financial growth by exceeding targets.
  • Lead teams to sustain and improve manufacturing execution, supply chain performance, and product innovation.
  • Continuous development and training of high-performing leadership teams with a focus on entrepreneurial thinking and accountability.
  • Champion talent development initiatives, including succession planning, training, and performance management.
  • Drive continuous improvement across all areas of operations, leveraging processes and systems and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and product development teams to identify new market opportunities and accelerate time-to-market.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality systems across all divisions.
  • Represent the company externally with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
