About The Position

Farther is a rapidly growing RIA that combines expert advisors with cutting-edge technology - delivering a comprehensive, tailored wealth management experience. Farther’s founders are leaders and innovators from the private wealth industry who possess a unique blend of traditional wealth management, fintech, and technology production expertise. We’re backed by top-tier venture capital firms, fintech investors, and industry leaders. Joining Farther means joining a collaborative team of entrepreneurs who are passionate about helping their clients and our teammates achieve more. If you’re the type who breaks through walls to get things done the right way, we want to build the future of wealth management with you. Our advisors and client experience teams are growing fast — and they need sharp, proactive operational support so everyone can stay focused on what matters most: clients. That's where you come in. As an Advisor Support Coordinator, you'll sit within the CX team and provide dedicated administrative support — either to a specific advisor or to a CX pod depending on where the need is greatest. Either way, you're not just scheduling meetings and processing expenses. You're the person who keeps things running smoothly, anticipates what's needed before anyone has to ask, and helps the people around you show up at their best.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative, executive assistant, or coordination experience
  • You're a natural with calendars, scheduling tools (Calendly, Google Cal, etc.), and keeping multiple moving pieces organized
  • Clear, professional communicator — you know how to engage with different audiences and adapt your tone accordingly
  • Proactive by nature — you spot what's needed before being asked and take initiative to get ahead of it
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, scrappy environment where you'll need to figure things out and make them work

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting a financial advisor, wealth management team, or similar client-services environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and expense management platforms like Ramp
  • You've worked in a role where no two days looked the same — and you loved it

Responsibilities

  • Own calendar and scheduling support for an advisor or CX pod — coordinating client, prospect, and internal meetings with precision and follow-through
  • Handle inbound phone support in a professional, receptionist-style capacity — routing calls, distributing voicemails, and screening unwanted outreach
  • Manage expense reimbursements and mileage tracking via Ramp, plus coordinate travel logistics
  • Prep and maintain weekly reports, CRM updates, and physical meeting materials so everything's accurate and ready when needed
  • Coordinate client appreciation gifts, event logistics, and compliance tracking with our marketing and compliance teams
  • Be the connective tissue between advisors, CX team members, and internal partners — communicating clearly, moving fast, and staying organized across it all

Benefits

  • Competitive comp package that rewards impact
  • Work alongside some of the brightest minds in fintech
  • Ground-floor opportunity at a fast-scaling startup
  • Chart your own growth path as we expand
  • Full health benefits + 401(k) matching & Roth IRA options
  • Unlimited PTO
