The Role includes assisting one of our key recruiters in a job share capacity to: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for our front line team members, ensuring our individual portfolios recruitment needs are met Coordinate and participate in tailored recruitment campaigns and events, including assessment centres and targeted sourcing initiatives. Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers, providing strategic recruitment advice and market insights. Maintain and engage a proactive talent pipeline to meet current and future workforce needs. Collaborate closely with your team, sharing knowledge and supporting each other to deliver outstanding outcomes. Experience using Pageup or at talent acquisition software of similar nature will be highly regarded

Requirements

• Experience in volume and/or white collar recruitment, ideally within hospitality, or site-based environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for recruitment and a desire to grow your career in a values-driven, people-focused organisation.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using Pageup or at talent acquisition software of similar nature will be highly regarded
