About The Position

Join a dynamic team where you'll play a key role in managing tax compliance activities for a leading organization. You'll work independently on complex assignments, support both corporate and partnership tax compliance, and contribute to economic modeling and planning projects.

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in job posting country
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in federal tax compliance (public accounting preferred), with expertise in corporate (Form 1120) or partnership (Form 1065) returns
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with tax software (e.g., Corptax) and SAP preferred
  • Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and clear written/verbal communication
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Quarterly travel to the Bartlesville, Oklahoma office (3-4 business days)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review federal tax returns (Forms 1120 and 1065), related statements, extensions, and estimates
  • Build and reconcile workpapers, support M-1/M-3 and E&P calculations, and assist with K-1s and Schedule K-2/K-3 for partnerships
  • Contribute to economic modeling, discrete planning projects, and ad hoc tax research
  • Assist with state tax compliance
  • Organize and prepare complex documents and reports using advanced software tools
  • Provide information and advice to internal stakeholders, resolving queries and escalating issues as needed
