Eli Lilly and Company seeks an Advisor – HCP Data Science (R5-R6) to identify, scope, and execute analytics efforts that answer business questions, solve scientific needs, and add value. Collaborate with the analytics team to review and provide feedback on the analytics performed, and seek feedback from stakeholders. Design, implement, and develop enterprise-level marketing analytics capabilities, including data engineering, technology platforms, algorithms, and change management. Evaluate and benchmark the performance of different analytical approaches and provide guidance on metrics and best practices. Perform cutting-edge research in an area of data science, marketing analytics, and decision analytics. #LI-DNI Position requires a Ph.D. degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Engineering, or a related field, and 3 years of experience with advanced statistical models and machine learning methods, including structured and unstructured techniques and mathematical optimization. Experience must include a minimum of: 3 years of experience with R or Python developing advanced analytical models; 3 years of experience performing end-to-end analysis of data using machine learning models to predict impact and identify insights; 1 year of experience with developing automation projects; 1 year of experience with version control, such as Github; and 1 year of experience with medical, healthcare, or pharmaceutical data. The anticipated wage for this position is $161,220.00 per year Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance). Requirements

  • Ph.D. degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Engineering, or a related field
