Advisor, Financial Planning and Analysis
About The Position
Finance is responsible for the accounting, tax, financial plans, and policies of the organization, establishing and maintaining fiscal controls, preparing, and interpreting financial reports, oversight of financial systems, strategic decisions, and support, and safeguarding the organization's assets. Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for being objective and strategic financial partners, leading collaborative cross-functional effort to drive relevant, flexible, and efficient financial planning and analysis that supports our key business decisions. Advanced Diabetic Supply Group (ADSG) was acquired in 2025, and integration efforts will continue throughout FY26.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, preferred
- BA or BS in Finance preferred, an Advanced Degree is a plus
- Strong understanding of financial statements
- Financial modeling skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Tableau is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and storytelling
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial reporting for at-Home Solutions (AHS) including leadership reporting, enterprise reporting and variance explanations
- Consolidate financial forecasts and budget of the three business units in AHS: NewCo, at-Home, and Velocare
- Manage several SG&A cost centers, including forecasting and variance analysis
- Key point of contact for other FP&A teams within AHS and Enterprise FP&A; responsible for providing support/answers on deliverables, distributing deliverables calendar and key support for AHS Finance VP
- Assist with reporting on new ADSG acquisition and related benefits
- Provides strategic input on process improvement and other ad hoc projects
- Problem-solving mindset with an orientation to work through challenging goals
- Timely & effective communication with other departments around practice performance, challenges, opportunities, and other relevant topics
- Growth mindset and change/transformation capabilities
- Proficient at presenting to operational & financial leadership
