About The Position

At Bank of America, the Advisor Development Program is designed for the next generation of Financial Advisors who are passionate about a long-term career and improving clients' financial lives. From day one, participants receive training from the Academy at Bank of America, including hands-on practice, personalized coaching, and dedicated support. The program provides everything needed to progress into a Merrill Financial Advisor role, where you will work with affluent and high net worth clients, identify needs, develop relationships, review investment goals, and prepare investment recommendations. The Academy offers continuous support, tools, and resources throughout your career journey within Merrill Wealth Management.
