Merrill Wealth Management is a leading provider of comprehensive wealth management and investment products and services. Merrill specializes in goals-based wealth management, including planning for retirement, education, legacy, and other life goals through investment advice and guidance. Merrill's Financial Advisors and Wealth Management Client Associates help clients pursue their financial vision through personal relationships. The company is committed to an in-office culture with specific attendance requirements, allowing for flexibility based on role-specific considerations. Merrill values diversity and empowers employees to bring their whole selves to work, fostering a culture-driven, resilient, results-focused, and effective work community. As a Financial Solutions Advisor within the centralized segment of the Advisor Development Program, your journey begins by obtaining Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 Exams) through dedicated and personalized classes. Once licensed, you will learn foundational advisor skills, including acquiring, building, and managing client relationships, understanding complex financial pictures, and guiding clients with advice and solutions to help them achieve their financial goals, all while humanizing financial interactions. Joining the centralized team as a Financial Solutions Advisor, you will be a phone-based licensed advisor providing holistic financial advice and guidance. This involves identifying product and service solutions for investment, savings, and liability management, demonstrating knowledge of investments and financial markets, and aligning Merrill and Bank of America products and services. You will receive necessary training and guidance to progress into the Merrill Financial Advisor role, working with affluent and high net worth clients to identify needs, develop relationships, review investment goals, and prepare investment recommendations. Upon demonstrating success as an FSA, you typically progress to a Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor (MFSA). The Academy supports this career path with dedicated programs, tools, and resources. You will build a successful career through world-class training, one-on-one coaching, and a consultative approach to identify client needs. You will earn required licenses, build your network by interacting with banking customers, small business owners, and high net worth clients, and leverage Bank of America's extensive client relationships. The role involves providing end-to-end comprehensive advice, delivering client reviews, recommending strategies, and collaborating with banking and investment partners to meet clients' financial needs.
