About The Position

Join Entegris, a global leader in advanced materials solutions, as a Advisor, Customer Service Data Maintenance. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate and reliable data that powers our customer experience and reinforces Entegris’ reputation as a “Best in Class” supplier. What You’ll Do: Create and maintain customer records, pricing, and material sales views. Manage master data tasks that enable seamless sales order processing. Collaborate with Global Customer Service, Master Data Management, Product Managers, and Sales Coordinators to uphold data quality and integrity. Work independently and as part of a global CS Data Maintenance team spanning North America and Asia. In this role you will: Execute business process workflows for customer creation and maintenance, pricing, and material master sales views—ensuring data accuracy and timely updates. Review incoming requests for compliance with established standards and provide guidance to colleagues on data requirements. Maintain customer, pricing, and material master data in ERP/SAP systems with precision and adherence to best practices. Generate ad-hoc reports related to customers, pricing, and material master data as needed. Support initiatives to uphold master data integrity within SAP. Assist with sales-related master data activities during mergers and acquisitions. Document business processes and application workflows to ensure clarity and consistency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with at least 1 year of experience in Master Data Administration or a related administrative field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and graphing), Power PBI.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines with precision.
  • Skilled at identifying routine issues and developing practical solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, paired with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP is a plus.
