About The Position

You will play a key role in developing underwriting solutions and new insurance products, including designing coverages and creating solutions, while also coordinating and monitoring their deployment. You also participate in research and analysis to support the design and delivery of strategies, insurance products, and underwriting solutions. In addition, you provide management information necessary for decision-making and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders within the Direct Insurance, Commercial Lines Division on mandates related to product development and underwriting evolution. More specifically, you will be required to: Participate in research and dissemination of information regarding solutions to be deployed to various stakeholders. Assist in evaluating deployment scenarios and provide recommendations aligned with business objectives. Act as an advisor to stakeholders within the Direct Insurance, Commercial Lines Division on mandates related to new product development and underwriting solutions. Provide management information and analysis to support decision-making. Collaborate with internal partners to ensure smooth execution of deployment plans and adherence to timelines. Manage team priorities effectively and assist the manager in creating governance and alignment mechanisms required to fulfill the team’s mission of accelerating time-to-market, ensuring cross-functional coordination, and supporting profitable growth. Support the team in planning, development, coordination, and follow-up activities related to product development and underwriting solutions. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
